His final contribution to OBS was the Overseas Youth Programme, where he successfully expanded OBS’s reach to new destinations such as South Africa, Korea, Bali and Eastern Europe.
Developing a strong team culture has become the foundation of competitive organisations. Anthony’s success in building and developing teams are the result of his understanding of customers’ needs, engaging facilitating style, and desire to inspire attitude change.
Anthony’s experience in programme design and delivery was honed working with organisations including Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (iDA), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), SingTel, Singapore Technologies, Singapore Airlines, Philips Electronics and Economic Development Board.
Anthony has extensive experience in the development and delivery of experiential outdoor professional development programmes through working with Outward Bound centres in USA, Belgium and New Zealand. This enables him to design effective and impactful adventure-based programmes for companies to help their employees develop personal empowerment and embrace change.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys reading articles that encourage unconventional thinking and philosophical reflection. Whenever possible, he likes nothing more than to go chiak hong or 'eat wind' while hitting the open road on his KTM motorbike.
